For flights between Hangzhou and Shenzhen, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class customers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, or 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares, while Business Class customers may check up to 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, and Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Hangzhou but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.
