For flights between Phnom Penh and Xiamen, our weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are as follows: Economy Class passengers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class passengers may check up to 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring one piece up to 7kg. Business Class passengers may bring two pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance applicable to your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on most Singapore Airlines services on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, and Economy Class and Business Class passengers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure to enjoy this. Non-members can purchase access plans on board.

The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Phnom Penh but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport offers a wide range of facilities for every layover length. If you have at least 5.5 to 6 hours between flights, you may be able to join an official transit tour into the city, subject to eligibility and operating schedules. This allows you to see key sights while still returning in good time for your onward flight.

For shorter layovers, staying airside is very comfortable. You can explore themed gardens, quiet rest areas, and entertainment zones, or simply enjoy a meal while overlooking the runway. Airport hotels and nap facilities are also available if you wish to rest in a more private space.
