Beverage Service
A selection of hot and cold drinks is available throughout your journey, including juices, soft drinks, tea, and coffee. Our signature Singapore Sling is also served on board, so you can enjoy a classic taste of our heritage during your flight.

For flights between Barcelona and Phuket, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are as follows: Economy Class customers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class customers may check 35kg, and Business Class customers may check 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase paid plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Barcelona to Singapore sector operated by the Airbus A350-900, Economy Class seats offer a 32-inch pitch with up to 19-inch seat width, and Premium Economy Class seats offer a 38-inch pitch with up to 20-inch seat width. Business Class provides a fully flat bed with generous personal space and direct aisle access.

On the Singapore to Phuket sector operated by the Boeing 737-8 MAX, Economy Class is designed for comfortable regional travel with ergonomically shaped seats, while Business Class offers larger seats that convert into a reclined position with ample legroom. Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

At Singapore Changi Airport, eligible customers may be able to access the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin and status.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Barcelona but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport offers an official transit tour programme for longer layovers, typically requiring at least 5.5 to 6 hours between flights. If your connection time allows, this can be a comfortable way to see highlights of the city before returning to the airport for your onward flight.

For shorter layovers, staying airside gives you access to themed gardens, rest areas, and family facilities across the terminals. You can also enjoy walking trails, art installations, and a wide choice of dining options to refresh between sectors.
