On Delhi–Singapore and Singapore–Cebu sectors, you will be served meals designed for the time of day and flight duration, with menus that balance regional flavours and international favourites in both Business Class and Economy Class.

Beverage Service
Throughout your flights, a selection of hot and cold drinks is available, including juices, soft drinks, tea, and coffee. You can also enjoy our signature Singapore Sling on board, alongside a curated range of other beverages.

For flights between Delhi and Cebu, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (Lite/Value fares: 25kg; Standard/Flexi: 30kg), Premium Economy Class (35kg) on applicable Airbus A380-800 sectors, Business Class (40kg), and Suites (50kg) on Airbus A380-800 services. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class (1 piece, up to 7kg), and Suites and Business Class (2 pieces, each up to 7kg). Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet on selected services between Delhi, Singapore, and Cebu. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On all sectors, Economy Class offers a seat pitch of about 32 inches, with up to 19 inches of seat width, providing good comfort for regional journeys. Business Class features seats that convert into fully flat beds, with direct aisle access on widebody aircraft and spacious layouts on narrowbody aircraft. On selected Delhi–Singapore Airbus A380-800 services, Premium Economy Class provides a 38-inch seat pitch and up to 20 inches of seat width, while Suites offer a fully flat bed in a highly private space.

Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

Lounge Access Eligibility
Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Delhi but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore, eligible passengers may be invited to the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin and status.

Singapore Changi Airport offers extensive facilities for both short and longer layovers. With at least 5.5–6 hours in transit, you can consider joining one of the airport’s official transit tours into the city, which showcase key landmarks before returning you comfortably for your onward flight. For shorter connections, you can stay airside and enjoy themed gardens, quiet rest areas, play zones, and, in selected terminals, attractions such as indoor waterfalls and viewing decks. Airport hotels and nap facilities are also available if you prefer to rest between sectors. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait — it is an integral part of your journey.

Delhi operates on India Standard Time (IST), which is UTC+5:30 and does not observe daylight saving time. Cebu follows Philippine Time, which is UTC+8:00 and also does not observe daylight saving time. Cebu is therefore 2 hours 30 minutes ahead of Delhi throughout the year.

Yes, your baggage will typically be checked through to Mactan-Cebu International Airport when flying from Delhi via Singapore on a single booking with Singapore Airlines.

Through-Check Conditions
For your bags to be sent directly to your final destination, the following general conditions must be met:

Single Itinerary: Both flight segments (Delhi–Singapore and Singapore–Cebu) must be under the same booking reference or PNR.

Layover Duration: Your connection in Singapore must be less than 24 hours. If your layover exceeds 24 hours, it is considered a stopover, and you will typically be required to collect your luggage and re-check it for your onward flight.

Partner Airlines: If your onward flight from Singapore to Cebu is operated by a partner airline, Singapore Airlines has through-check agreements that usually allow your bags to be tagged to your final destination.

You may be able to plan a stopover in Singapore on your Delhi–Cebu trip, subject to your ticket conditions and availability. When booking, you can search for multi-city options or speak with our customer service team or your travel agent, who can advise whether a stopover can be added to your itinerary.
