Beverage Service
Throughout the journey, you can enjoy a selection of hot and cold drinks, including juices, soft drinks, tea, coffee, and a curated range of alcoholic beverages. Our signature Singapore Sling is also available on board.

For flights between Dhaka and Munich, our baggage policy follows the weight concept. For checked baggage, Economy Class guests may bring 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class guests may bring 35kg, and Business Class guests may bring 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class guests may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class guests may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional baggage allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Dhaka to Munich once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On both sectors of the Dhaka–Munich journey, Economy Class offers a seat pitch of 32 inches and up to 19 inches of seat width, providing comfortable legroom for the journey. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available. Eligible customers may be able to use facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin and status.

Lounge Access Eligibility
Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Dhaka but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport offers many ways to relax and refresh during your layover. With a longer connection, you may be able to join a city tour operated from the airport, which typically requires a minimum layover of around 5–6 hours to allow for immigration and tour time.

If you prefer to stay airside, you can enjoy themed gardens, art installations, quiet rest areas, and dedicated nap zones. Selected terminals also feature facilities such as swimming pools, cinemas, and play areas, creating a relaxed environment for families and solo travellers alike.

Munich follows Central European Time (UTC+1) in winter, typically late October to late March, making Munich 5 hours behind Dhaka. In summer, Munich switches to Central European Summer Time (UTC+2), usually late March to late October, making it 4 hours behind Dhaka.

Through-Check Conditions
For your bags to be sent directly to your final destination, the following general conditions must be met:

Single Itinerary: Both flight segments (Dhaka–Singapore and Singapore–Munich) must be under the same booking reference or PNR.

Layover Duration: Your connection in Singapore must be less than 24 hours. If your layover exceeds 24 hours, it is considered a stopover, and you will typically be required to collect your luggage and re-check it for your onward flight.

Partner Airlines: If your onward flight from Singapore to Munich is operated by a partner airline, Singapore Airlines has through-check agreements that usually allow your bags to be tagged to your final destination.
