For flights between Hanoi and Ahmedabad, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are as follows: Economy Class guests have 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class guests have 40kg of checked baggage. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your journey is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Hanoi to Ahmedabad once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, and Economy Class and Business Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. In Hanoi, eligible Singapore Airlines customers may access the SH Premium Lounge Ha Noi before their flight to Singapore, depending on their cabin class or frequent flyer status. Lounge entry is determined by the details of your departing flight from Hanoi and any membership benefits you hold.
