For flights between Auckland and San Francisco, our baggage policy follows the piece concept as the journey includes the United States of America. For checked baggage, Economy Class customers may take 2 pieces, each up to 23kg. Premium Economy Class customers may take 2 pieces, each up to 23kg. Business Class customers may take 2 pieces, each up to 32kg. Each individual checked piece must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your trip will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Auckland to San Francisco once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure.
