For flights between Da Nang and Surabaya, our baggage policy follows the weight concept. In Economy Class, the checked baggage allowance is 25kg for Lite and Value fares, and 30kg for Standard and Flexi fares. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Please note that the final baggage allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Singapore Changi Airport offers an official transit tour into the city for longer layovers, generally available if you have at least around 5.5 to 6 hours between flights and meet the entry requirements for Singapore. For shorter connections, you can enjoy airport attractions such as indoor gardens, quiet rest areas, and children’s play zones within the terminals.

If you prefer to stay airside, there are numerous dining outlets, shops, and relaxation spaces, including nap areas and transit hotels, where you can refresh with a shower or a short sleep between flights.
