Beverage Service
Throughout your journey, a range of hot and cold beverages is available, including juices, soft drinks, tea, and coffee. Our signature Singapore Sling is also served on board.

For Dhaka–Seoul flights, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class customers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, or 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class customers may check up to 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg in weight.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, and Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your trip will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Dhaka to Seoul once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. Wi-Fi is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can choose from paid plans. The service is designed for messaging, email, and basic browsing, and does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Dhaka–Singapore sector, the Boeing 787-10 offers Economy Class seating with a 32-inch pitch and up to 19-inch seat width, and Business Class with a fully flat bed and direct aisle access from every seat.

Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

Eligible customers may be able to use facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin class and tier.

Lounge Access Eligibility
Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Dhaka but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

If you have a longer layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can consider joining one of the official transit tours into the city, which usually require a minimum layover of around 5.5 to 6 hours. These tours offer a convenient way to see highlights of Singapore without managing logistics on your own.

For shorter layovers, staying airside is very comfortable. Changi Airport offers themed gardens, rest areas, entertainment zones, and quiet corners for relaxation, as well as a wide choice of dining and shopping. Airport hotels and snooze areas are ideal if you would like to rest between flights.

Through-Check Conditions
For your bags to be sent directly to your final destination, the following general conditions must be met:

Single Itinerary: Both flight segments (Dhaka–Singapore and Singapore–Seoul) must be under the same booking reference or PNR.

Layover Duration: Your connection in Singapore must be less than 24 hours. If your layover exceeds 24 hours, it is considered a stopover, and you will typically be required to collect your luggage and re-check it for your onward flight.

Partner Airlines: If your onward flight from Singapore to Seoul is operated by a partner airline, Singapore Airlines has through-check agreements that usually allow your bags to be tagged to your final destination.
