Beverage Service
A curated selection of hot and cold drinks is available throughout the flight, including juices, soft drinks, tea, and coffee. You can also enjoy our signature Singapore Sling on board, as well as a choice of other alcoholic beverages.

For flights between Hanoi and Cebu, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class customers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class customers may check up to 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The exact allowance for your journey is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on most Singapore Airlines flights from Hanoi to Cebu once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is designed for messaging, email, and basic browsing, and does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

For international flights from Hanoi to Cebu via Singapore, we recommend arriving at Noi Bai International Airport at least 2.5 to 3 hours before your scheduled departure. This allows enough time for check-in, security checks, and a relaxed walk to the gate.
