For flights between Seoul and Dubai, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg on Lite/Value fares, 30kg on Standard/Flexi), Premium Economy Class (35kg), Business Class (40kg), and First Class (50kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: one piece up to 7kg in Economy Class and Premium Economy Class, and two pieces up to 7kg each in Business Class and First Class. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Seoul to Dubai once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, with Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers asked to add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is ideal for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Seoul–Singapore sector, Economy Class typically offers a 32-inch seat pitch with up to 19-inch seat width, and Business Class provides a fully flat bed with direct aisle access. Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Seoul but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. Eligible passengers may be invited to The Private Room, SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin and status.

Singapore Changi Airport offers extensive facilities for both short and longer layovers. With enough time, you can join an official free transit tour into the city, which usually requires a minimum layover of around 5.5 to 6 hours, subject to availability and timing. For shorter connections, you can stay airside and explore themed gardens, quiet rest areas, entertainment zones, and a wide range of shopping and dining options, including features like indoor slides and relaxation spaces. Through-Check Conditions
For your bags to be sent directly to your final destination, the following general conditions must be met:

Single Itinerary: Both flight segments (Seoul–Singapore and Singapore–Dubai) must be under the same booking reference or PNR.

Layover Duration: Your connection in Singapore must be less than 24 hours. If your layover exceeds 24 hours, it is considered a stopover, and you will typically be required to collect your luggage and re-check it for your onward flight.

Partner Airlines: If your onward flight from Singapore to Dubai is operated by a partner airline, Singapore Airlines has through-check agreements that usually allow your bags to be tagged to your final destination.
