For flights between Seoul and Milan, our baggage policy follows the weight concept. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg on Lite/Value fares, 30kg on Standard/Flexi fares), Premium Economy Class (35kg), and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Seoul to Milan once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Seoul but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport offers a wide range of facilities that make layovers comfortable and engaging. With a longer connection of around 5.5 hours or more, you can join an official transit tour into the city, subject to eligibility and operating hours. This allows you to see highlights before returning for your onward flight.

If you prefer to stay airside, the airport features themed gardens, relaxation zones, walking trails, and children’s play areas across multiple terminals. You can also refresh with showers, rest areas, and airport hotels that offer flexible stays for transit passengers.
