Beverage Service
Throughout your journey, you will be offered a selection of hot and cold drinks, including juices, soft drinks, coffee, and tea. A range of wines and spirits is also available, and you can enjoy our signature Singapore Sling on board as part of the experience.

For flights between Tokyo and Phnom Penh, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class passengers have 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class passengers on applicable Tokyo–Singapore Boeing 777-300ER services have 35kg, and Business Class passengers have 40kg.

On Boeing 777-300ER services where First Class is offered between Tokyo and Singapore, the checked baggage allowance is 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg in weight for safe handling by airport teams.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class and First Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on most Singapore Airlines services between Tokyo, Singapore, and Phnom Penh once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. KrisFlyer members enjoy free and unlimited Wi-Fi; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure.

Non-members can purchase access plans on board. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers. Coverage and speed may vary slightly between aircraft types and routes.

On the Tokyo–Singapore sector, Economy Class offers a seat pitch of about 32 inches and up to 19 inches of seat width, while Premium Economy Class on selected Boeing 777-300ER services offers a 38-inch pitch and up to 20 inches of width. Business Class provides a fully flat bed with direct aisle access on all widebody aircraft.

On Boeing 777-300ER services, First Class offers a spacious fully flat bed with generous personal space. On the Singapore–Phnom Penh sector operated by the Boeing 737-8 MAX, Economy Class offers comfortable legroom similar to our medium-haul services, and Business Class provides a reclining seat with ample space to relax.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Tokyo but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport offers a wide range of facilities for every layover length. If you have at least 5.5 to 6 hours between flights and meet the programme conditions, you may be able to join an official city tour and get a brief introduction to Singapore before returning airside.

For shorter layovers, you can enjoy themed gardens, art installations, rest areas, and quiet zones, or take a refreshing shower at selected facilities. Depending on your terminal, there are also transit hotels where you can book a room for a few hours.
