For flights between Cebu and Amsterdam, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (Lite/Value fares: 25kg; Standard/Flexi: 30kg), Premium Economy Class (35kg), and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class (1 piece, up to 7kg), and Business Class (2 pieces, each up to 7kg). Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Cebu to Amsterdam once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Cebu–Singapore sector, Economy Class offers a seat pitch of around 32 inches with up to 19 inches of seat width, while Business Class provides a fully flat bed with direct aisle access. Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Cebu but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport offers a wide range of things to do during your layover, from themed gardens and art installations to rest areas and transit hotels. If you have at least 5.5 to 6 hours between flights, you can consider joining an official transit tour into the city, subject to availability and border requirements. Shorter layovers are easily filled with terminal attractions, dining, and relaxation areas without leaving the airport. Your time at Singapore (SIN) is more than just a wait — it is an integral part of your journey.

Amsterdam follows Central European Time (UTC+1) roughly from late October to late March, and Central European Summer Time (UTC+2) from late March to late October. This means Amsterdam is typically 7 hours behind Cebu in winter and 6 hours behind in summer.

Partner Airlines: If your onward flight from Singapore to Amsterdam is operated by a partner airline, Singapore Airlines has through-check agreements that usually allow your bags to be tagged to your final destination.
