Checked baggage allowances are 25kg for Economy Class Lite and Value fares, 30kg for Economy Class Standard and Flexi fares, 35kg for Premium Economy Class, and 40kg for Business Class. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights between Bangkok, Singapore, and Johannesburg once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet.
