For flights between Chongqing and Milan, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage: in Economy Class, Lite and Value fares include 25kg, and Standard and Flexi fares include 30kg; in Premium Economy Class, 35kg; in Business Class, 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg; Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final baggage allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on the Singapore–Milan sector once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Chongqing–Singapore sector operated by the Boeing 737-8 MAX, Economy Class offers a 32-inch seat pitch with up to 19-inch seat width, while Business Class provides a fully flat bed with direct aisle access. Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Chongqing but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore, eligible customers may be invited to use facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge.

If you have at least 5.5 hours between flights, you may be able to join one of the airport's free city tours, subject to operating conditions and timing, to see key highlights of Singapore. Milan follows Central European Time (UTC+1) in roughly November to March and Central European Summer Time (UTC+2) in roughly late March to late October.
