For flights between Osaka and Hanoi, our weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg on Lite/Value fares, 30kg on Standard/Flexi fares) and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class (1 piece up to 7kg) and Business Class (2 pieces, each up to 7kg). Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

For longer connections, you may join the free Changi transit tour, available for eligible itineraries with a layover of at least 5.5 to 6 hours. Shorter layovers can be spent exploring indoor gardens, quiet zones, and relaxation areas within the terminals.
