For flights between Tokyo and Chennai, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class, 25kg on Lite and Value fares and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares; Premium Economy Class, 35kg; Business Class, 40kg; and First Class, 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class, 1 piece up to 7kg; and Business Class and First Class, 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Tokyo to Chennai once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. When departing Tokyo Narita, eligible passengers may use facilities such as the ANA Suite Lounge, ANA Lounge, United Club, or Turkish Airlines Lounge, depending on cabin class and frequent flyer status. From Tokyo Haneda, eligible customers may have access to the ANA Suite Lounge (Main Building) or ANA Lounge (Main Building) before their flight.
