For flights between Dhaka and Cebu, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. In Economy Class, the checked baggage allowance is 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class guests enjoy 40kg of checked baggage. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Dhaka to Cebu once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The Next Segment Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Dhaka but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

If you have a longer layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can join the official free city tour, which usually requires at least about 5.5 to 6 hours of transit time. It is a convenient way to see highlights of Singapore without worrying about transport.

For shorter layovers, staying airside is comfortable and relaxing. Changi Airport offers themed gardens, quiet zones, rest areas, and entertainment spaces where you can stretch your legs or unwind between flights.

Dhaka follows Bangladesh Standard Time (BST), which is UTC+6 and does not observe daylight saving time. Cebu follows Philippine Time (PHT), which is UTC+8 and also does not use daylight saving time. Cebu is therefore 2 hours ahead of Dhaka throughout the year.

Through-Check Conditions
