Beverage Service
A wide selection of hot and cold beverages, including juices, soft drinks, tea, and coffee, is available throughout the flight. Our signature Singapore Sling is also available on board, so you can enjoy a classic cocktail above the clouds.

For flights between Hyderabad and Cairns, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class guests may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class guests may check up to 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class guests may bring one piece up to 7kg. Business Class guests may bring two pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members have additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on the Hyderabad–Singapore and Singapore–Cairns flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans on board.

The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers. Coverage and speed may vary slightly depending on the aircraft and route conditions.

Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

Singapore Changi Airport offers a dedicated Free Singapore Tour for transit passengers, usually available if you have a layover of at least about 5.5 to 6 hours between flights. This allows you to briefly explore the city in a structured, hassle-free way while remaining within official transit arrangements.

If your layover is shorter or you prefer to stay airside, you can enjoy themed gardens, quiet rest zones, cinemas, and children’s play areas across the terminals. There are also shower facilities, transit hotels, and many dining and shopping options to keep you comfortable.

Eligible customers can access airline lounges such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their cabin and membership status. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait — it is an integral part of your journey.
