For Milan to Delhi flights, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class passengers may check 25kg on Lite or Value fares, and 30kg on Standard or Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class passengers enjoy 35kg, and Business Class passengers enjoy 40kg of checked baggage. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your trip will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Milan to Delhi once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. Wi-Fi is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available. Eligible customers may enjoy facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge in Singapore, depending on cabin and status.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Milan but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport is well suited to layovers. If you have at least 5.5 to 6 hours between flights, you may consider joining an official transit tour into the city, subject to eligibility and timings. For shorter connections, staying airside offers many ways to relax.

Within the terminals you will find themed gardens, quiet seating areas, rest zones, and a wide range of dining and shopping options. Depending on your terminal, you may also have access to facilities such as spa services, family play areas, or an airport hotel.
