For flights between New York and Frankfurt, our piece concept applies. For checked baggage, Premium Economy Class passengers may check 2 pieces, each up to 23kg. Business Class and First Class passengers may check 2 pieces, each up to 32kg. Each individual piece must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class and First Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact baggage allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from New York to Frankfurt once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, and Economy and Premium Economy members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. If you have a longer layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can join the free official city tour when available, which usually requires a minimum layover of around 5.5 to 6 hours. This lets you see some of Singapore between your flights without managing logistics on your own.

For shorter layovers, staying airside at Changi Airport is comfortable and convenient. You can enjoy themed gardens, quiet rest zones, playgrounds, and a wide range of dining and shopping options across the terminals, with clear wayfinding to help you move between them.
