Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg on Lite/Value fares, 30kg on Standard/Flexi), Premium Economy Class (35kg), Business Class (40kg), and First Class (50kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while First Class and Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance shown on your e-ticket applies, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines services on the Paris–Singapore and Singapore–Ho Chi Minh City sectors once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Paris but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

In Singapore, eligible customers may be invited to The Private Room, the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), the SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their cabin and status.

If you have a longer connection at Singapore Changi Airport, you can consider joining one of the official transit tours into the city, which usually require at least 5.5 to 6 hours of layover time. These tours allow you to see key highlights before returning comfortably for your onward flight.

For shorter layovers, it is best to stay airside and enjoy Changi Airport’s amenities, which can include themed gardens, quiet rest zones, entertainment areas, and airport hotels where you can book a room for a few hours. There are also many dining and shopping options across the terminals.
