For flights between Perth and Guangzhou, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are as follows: in Economy Class, 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares; in Business Class, 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

In Singapore, eligible passengers may be able to use the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their cabin and status.

For longer connections of around 5.5 hours or more, you may join an official transit tour subject to eligibility and timing, allowing a brief introduction to the city.
