For flights between Phnom Penh and Zurich, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg on Lite/Value fares, 30kg on Standard/Flexi), Premium Economy Class (35kg), Business Class (40kg), and First Class (50kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class (1 piece up to 7kg), and Business Class and First Class (2 pieces, each up to 7kg). Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on board once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet on this route. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, and Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

Between Phnom Penh and Singapore, you can choose Economy Class with a 32-inch pitch and up to 19-inch seat width, or Business Class with a fully flat bed and direct aisle access. Between Singapore and Zurich, Economy Class also offers a 32-inch pitch and up to 19-inch seat width, Premium Economy Class provides a 38-inch pitch and up to 20-inch seat width, and Business Class and First Class offer fully flat beds for greater rest.

Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

Lounge Access Eligibility
Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Phnom Penh but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. Eligible passengers may be able to access The Private Room, SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge in Singapore, depending on their cabin class and status.

Singapore Changi Airport offers a wide range of ways to relax and refresh during your layover, from indoor gardens and themed zones to quiet seating areas and rest spaces. If you have at least 5.5 to 6 hours between flights, you may wish to explore the airport more deeply or consider an official transit tour, subject to operating schedules.

Shorter layovers can be comfortably spent airside, where you will find walking trails through green spaces, dedicated snooze areas, and a good selection of dining and shopping options. For a longer break, airport hotels and spa facilities provide extra rest and privacy between flights.
