For Brussels to Colombo flights, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg on Lite and Value fares, 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares), Premium Economy Class (35kg), and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Brussels to Colombo flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, although Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans on board. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On both the Brussels–Singapore and Singapore–Colombo sectors, Economy Class seats offer a 32-inch pitch with up to 19-inch seat width. On the Brussels–Singapore sector, Premium Economy Class provides a 38-inch pitch with up to 20-inch seat width. The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Brussels but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport offers extensive gardens, themed zones, and rest areas that make even shorter layovers comfortable. With enough time between flights, you can join an official city tour from the airport; these typically require a minimum layover of around 5.5 to 6 hours, subject to availability and timing. If you prefer to stay airside, you can relax in quiet zones, visit viewing galleries, or enjoy family-friendly attractions within the terminals. Colombo observes Sri Lanka Standard Time (UTC+5:30) year-round. This means Colombo is 4.5 hours ahead of Brussels in winter, and 3.5 hours ahead during Brussels' summer time.
