Beverage Service
A selection of hot and cold drinks is served throughout the flight, including juices, soft drinks, coffee, and tea. Our signature Singapore Sling is also available on board.

For flights between Busan and Seoul, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (Lite and Value fares: 25kg; Standard and Flexi: 30kg) and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class (1 piece, up to 7kg) and Business Class (2 pieces, each up to 7kg). Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members have additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Busan to Seoul once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase paid plans. The service is ideal for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On both the Busan–Singapore and Singapore–Seoul sectors, Economy Class seats offer a 32-inch pitch and up to 19-inch seat width, providing comfortable legroom for the journey. Business Class offers a fully flat bed with generous personal space and direct aisle access, allowing you to rest or work with ease.

Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available. Eligible passengers may be able to access facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge at Singapore Changi Airport.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Busan but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

If you have a longer layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can consider joining one of the official transit tours into the city, which typically require several hours of buffer time between flights. These tours allow you to see key sights before returning to the airport in time for your connection. For shorter connections, staying airside is comfortable and efficient: you will find indoor gardens, quiet rest areas, entertainment zones, and transit hotels to refresh between flights. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait — it is an integral part of your journey.

Yes, your baggage will typically be checked through to your Seoul airport when flying from Busan via Singapore on a single booking with Singapore Airlines.

Through-Check Conditions
For your bags to be sent directly to your final destination, the following general conditions must be met:

Single Itinerary: Both flight segments (Busan–Singapore and Singapore–Seoul) must be under the same booking reference or PNR.

Layover Duration: Your connection in Singapore must be less than 24 hours. If your layover exceeds 24 hours, it is considered a stopover, and you will typically be required to collect your luggage and re-check it for your onward flight.

Partner Airlines: If your onward flight from Singapore to Seoul is operated by a partner airline, Singapore Airlines has through-check agreements that usually allow your bags to be tagged to your final destination.

You may be able to plan a stopover in Singapore on your Busan–Seoul trip, subject to your ticket conditions and availability.
