For flights between Dhaka and Xiamen, the weight concept applies. In Economy Class, the checked baggage allowance is 25kg for Lite and Value fares, and 30kg for Standard and Flexi fares. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Dhaka to Xiamen once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. KrisFlyer members enjoy free and unlimited Wi-Fi, and Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Dhaka but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

With a layover in Singapore, you can enjoy some of the most extensive transit facilities in the region at Singapore Changi Airport. For longer layovers of around 5.5 hours or more, you may join the airport’s free transit tour programmes, which offer a short introduction to the city without handling your checked baggage.

For shorter layovers, staying airside is very comfortable, with themed gardens, quiet rest areas, entertainment zones, and in-terminal attractions to explore between flights. You can also take a shower, relax in a lounge if eligible, or enjoy a meal in one of the many dining outlets.

If you prefer downtime, consider spending your layover in a transit hotel within the terminal, allowing you to rest without leaving the secure area. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait — it is an integral part of your journey.

Through-Check Conditions
