Checked baggage allowances are as follows: Economy Class passengers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class passengers may check 35kg, Business Class passengers 40kg, and Suites or First Class passengers 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are 1 piece up to 7kg for Economy Class and Premium Economy Class, and 2 pieces each up to 7kg for Suites, First Class, and Business Class. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Melbourne to Penang once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet.
