For flights between New York and Busan, the piece concept applies for checked baggage. In Business Class, you may check 2 pieces, each up to 32kg. In Premium Economy Class and Economy Class, you may check 2 pieces, each up to 23kg. Each individual checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg, while Premium Economy Class and Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Your final allowance will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the New York to Singapore sector, Premium Economy Class offers a seat pitch of about 38 inches with up to 20 inches of seat width, while Business Class features a fully flat bed with direct aisle access. The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from New York but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

For shorter layovers, you can enjoy terminal amenities such as themed gardens, rest areas, and quiet zones.
