For flights between Osaka and Kuala Lumpur, the weight concept applies. In Economy Class, the checked baggage allowance is 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring one piece up to 7kg. Business Class passengers may bring two pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights between Osaka and Kuala Lumpur once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class passengers must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans, which are suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but not for video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Osaka but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. Eligible passengers may use facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), and KrisFlyer Gold Lounge at Singapore Changi Airport.

Singapore Changi Airport offers extensive facilities that make layovers comfortable and engaging, including themed gardens, rest areas, and family-friendly attractions. If you have a longer connection, you can consider joining an official transit tour into the city, which typically requires several hours of layover time.

For shorter layovers, staying airside is ideal: you can enjoy quiet zones, showers in selected facilities, and a wide range of dining and shopping. Clear signage and efficient security checks help you move easily between terminals.
