For flights between Siem Reap and Colombo, the weight concept applies to checked baggage. In Economy Class, Lite and Value fares include 25kg, while Standard and Flexi fares include 30kg. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip is confirmed on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Siem Reap but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport is well known for its extensive transit facilities, including themed gardens, rest areas, and entertainment zones that make short and medium layovers comfortable. For longer layovers of at least 5.5 to 6 hours, you can also consider joining an official transit tour into the city, subject to programme availability.

If you prefer to stay airside, you can enjoy walking trails, quiet zones, shower facilities, and a wide range of dining and shopping options spread across the terminals. Transit hotels and nap areas provide additional comfort if you would like to rest between flights.
