For flights between Tokyo and San Francisco, our baggage policy uses the piece concept for checked baggage. For checked baggage, Economy Class guests may check in 2 pieces, each up to 23kg. Premium Economy Class guests may check in 2 pieces, each up to 23kg. Business Class guests may check in 2 pieces, each up to 32kg. First Class guests may check in 2 pieces, each up to 32kg, and each individual piece must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class guests may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class and First Class guests may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

We offer Wi-Fi on aircraft serving the Tokyo to San Francisco route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. Wi-Fi is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Economy Class on all aircraft offers around 32-inch pitch and up to 19-inch seat width.

On Singapore to San Francisco sectors operated by the Airbus A350-900, Business Class features fully flat beds with direct aisle access, Premium Economy Class offers a 38-inch pitch and up to 20-inch seat width, and Economy Class provides around 32-inch pitch and up to 19-inch seat width.

You can usually select your seat when booking or later via Manage Booking, subject to availability and fare conditions.
