For flights between Barcelona and San Francisco, the piece concept applies for checked baggage. In Economy Class, you may check in 2 pieces, each up to 23kg. In Premium Economy Class, you may check in 2 pieces, each up to 23kg. In Business Class, you may check in 2 pieces, each up to 32kg. Each individual checked piece must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On both the Barcelona–Singapore and Singapore–San Francisco sectors, Economy Class seats offer a 32-inch pitch with up to 19-inch seat width for comfortable long-haul travel. Premium Economy Class seats provide a 38-inch pitch with up to 20-inch seat width and enhanced recline. Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Barcelona but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport offers many ways to enjoy your layover, from themed gardens and art installations to rest areas, transit hotels, and a wide range of dining options. If you have at least 5.5 to 6 hours between flights, you may consider joining an official transit city tour, subject to eligibility and operating hours. For shorter layovers, you can relax in quiet zones, freshen up with shower facilities, or explore family-friendly attractions within the terminals.
