For flights between Cebu and Penang, the weight-concept baggage policy applies. In Economy Class, checked baggage allowances are 25kg for Lite and Value fares, and 30kg for Standard and Flexi fares. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your journey is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Business Class passengers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members.

The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On both the Cebu–Singapore and Singapore–Penang sectors operated by the Boeing 737-8 MAX, Economy Class offers a seat pitch of around 32 inches with up to 19 inches of seat width. Business Class features a fully flat bed with generous personal space and direct aisle access for every seat.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Cebu but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

If you have a longer layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can join the official free city transit tour, which usually requires at least a 5.5-hour connection, leaving enough time for immigration and the tour itself. It is a convenient way to see highlights of Singapore between flights.

For shorter layovers, staying airside is very comfortable, with themed gardens, rest zones, play areas, and in-terminal attractions to help you relax or stretch your legs. Airport hotels and shower facilities are also available if you wish to refresh between sectors.

Cebu follows Philippines Time, which is UTC+8 year-round with no daylight saving time. Penang follows Malaysia Time, also UTC+8 year-round. This means there is no time difference between Cebu and Penang at any time of the year.
