Best time to visit Cambodia

Cambodia has a tropical climate with two main seasons. Peak season runs from November to February, when it is generally dry and cooler, with daytime temperatures around 25–30°C (77–86°F), making it ideal for temple visits and city walks. Shoulder season falls in March to May, when conditions turn hotter and more humid, with daytime temperatures often 30–35°C (86–95°F); showers are possible but many days remain sunny. Low season is from June to October, when the southwest monsoon brings regular rain, especially in the afternoons and evenings, and temperatures average 27–32°C (81–90°F); this is when landscapes are green, lakes are full, and crowds are lighter.
