Assistance Request Form
If your travel plans were disrupted due to any Covid-19-related issues or any of the reasons listed below, use this form to request for assistance. Priority assistance will be given to customers flying within 72 hours or those with medical emergencies.
Please use this form if:
- You purchased a Singapore Airlines ticket directly from us.
- Your flight was cancelled by us.
- You are unable to change your flight or cancel your booking via Manage Booking.
- You are seeking to reschedule your flight due to a medical emergency (with supporting medical documents provided), compassion reasons, or if you have tested positive for Covid-19.
You will not be charged a no-show fee if you have submitted the form before your original flight departure.
If you booked your flight through a travel agency or partner airline, please contact them directly for assistance.
