Assistance Request Form

We understand customers have had their travel plans disrupted due to Covid-19 regulatory changes and global border restrictions. We are here to help.

If you purchased a Singapore Airlines ticket directly from us or had your flights cancelled by us, you may use the form below for assistance.

This form may also be used by customers seeking to reschedule their flight as they have tested positive for their pre-departure Covid-19 test or due to medical or compassionate reasons. Passengers with medical emergencies or who wish to rebook to travel in the next 72 hours or whose originally scheduled flight is due to depart within the next 72 hours and now wish to rebook to a later date, will be given priority assistance. Singapore Airlines may ask for additional documents to support your request.

Once submitted, a record of your request will be created by Singapore Airlines. There will be no need to submit a further request online or via our call centre or service centres. Once a refund or rebooking request has been submitted, please be assured that you will not be charged a penalty fee if you are a no-show for that flight.

Customers who booked through a travel agency or partner airline, are requested to contact them directly for assistance.
