For flights between Da Nang and Milan, our baggage policy follows the weight concept. In Economy Class, the checked baggage allowance is 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class on the Singapore–Milan sector includes 35kg of checked baggage, while Business Class on both sectors includes 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class guests may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, and Business Class guests may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Da Nang to Milan once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The Next Segment Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Da Nang but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore, eligible passengers may use the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their cabin and status.

Singapore Changi Airport offers a range of ways to enjoy your layover, from themed gardens and art installations to rest areas and quiet zones. With a longer connection of around five hours or more, you can consider joining an official transit tour of the city, subject to eligibility and timing.

For shorter layovers, staying airside is comfortable and efficient, with walking trails between terminals, viewing galleries, childrens play zones, and a wide choice of dining options. Transit hotels and nap facilities can help you rest between long-haul sectors.
