For flights between San Francisco and Cebu, the piece concept applies to checked baggage. In Economy Class, you may check in 2 pieces, each up to 23kg. In Premium Economy Class, you may check in 2 pieces, each up to 23kg. In Business Class, you may check in 2 pieces, each up to 32kg. Each individual checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members have additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet on eligible sectors between San Francisco, Singapore, and Cebu. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the San Francisco–Singapore Airbus A350-900 sector, Economy Class offers a 32-inch seat pitch with up to 19-inch seat width, Premium Economy Class has a 38-inch pitch with up to 20-inch seat width, and Business Class provides a fully flat bed with direct aisle access. On the Singapore–Cebu Boeing 737-8 MAX sector, Economy Class has a 32-inch seat pitch with up to 19-inch seat width, and Business Class offers a spacious seat that converts into a fully flat bed.

Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

At Singapore (SIN), eligible customers may relax in the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin and status.

Lounge Access Eligibility
Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from San Francisco but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport offers a complimentary transit tour for eligible passengers with sufficient connection time, usually requiring at least around 5.5 to 6 hours between flights. This guided experience lets you see highlights of the city before returning comfortably to the airport.

Through-Check Conditions

Partner Airlines: If your onward flight from Singapore to Cebu is operated by a partner airline, Singapore Airlines has through-check agreements that usually allow your bags to be tagged to your final destination.
