For flights between Shenzhen and Perth, the weight concept applies. In Economy Class, checked baggage allowances are 25kg for Lite and Value fares, and 30kg for Standard and Flexi fares. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg for safety reasons. For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, and Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final baggage allowance is stated on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on both sectors of your journey once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans on board. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On both the Shenzhen to Singapore Boeing 737-8 MAX sector and the Singapore to Perth Airbus A350-900 sector, Economy Class seats offer a pitch of around 32 inches, with seat widths up to 19 inches, designed for comfort on medium-haul flights. The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Shenzhen but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore, eligible passengers may use facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), and KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin and status.

If your layover is long enough, you may be able to join a free transit tour from Singapore Changi Airport; these programmes usually require a minimum layover of around 5.5 to 6 hours. For shorter connections, you can enjoy airside attractions such as indoor gardens, rest areas, and a wide choice of dining and shopping. Shenzhen operates on China Standard Time, which is UTC+8 year-round and does not observe daylight saving time. Perth uses Australian Western Standard Time, also UTC+8, and likewise does not observe daylight saving time. This means there is typically no time difference between Shenzhen and Perth at any time of year.
