For flights between Delhi and Bangkok, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are as follows: Economy Class passengers have 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares; Premium Economy Class passengers have 35kg; Business Class passengers have 40kg; Suites passengers have 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Suites and Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final baggage allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Delhi to Bangkok once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On all Economy Class sectors between Delhi, Singapore, and Bangkok, you can expect a seat with around 32-inch pitch and up to 19-inch seat width. Premium Economy Class, available on selected Delhi to Singapore Airbus A380-800 services, offers about 38-inch pitch and up to 20-inch seat width. Business Class on the Airbus A380-800 and Boeing 787-10 features a fully flat bed with every seat providing direct aisle access. Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available. Eligible passengers may be able to use facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), and KrisFlyer Gold Lounge at Singapore Changi Airport.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Delhi but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

If you have a longer layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can join the official free city tour, which typically requires at least 5.5 to 6 hours between flights. For shorter connections, the airport offers gardens, rest areas, playgrounds, cinemas, and a wide choice of dining and shopping. Airport hotels and snooze zones are also available if you prefer to rest between flights. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait — it is an integral part of your journey.

Delhi operates on India Standard Time (UTC+5:30) all year. Bangkok operates on Indochina Time (UTC+7:00) all year. This means Bangkok is 1 hour 30 minutes ahead of Delhi throughout the year, with no seasonal time changes in either city.

Yes, your baggage will typically be checked through to Bangkok when flying from Delhi via Singapore on a single booking with Singapore Airlines.

Through-Check Conditions
For your bags to be sent directly to your final destination, the following general conditions must be met:

Single Itinerary: Both flight segments (Delhi–Singapore and Singapore–Bangkok) must be under the same booking reference or PNR.

Layover Duration: Your connection in Singapore must be less than 24 hours. If your layover exceeds 24 hours, it is considered a stopover, and you will typically be required to collect your luggage and re-check it for your onward flight.

Partner Airlines: If your onward flight from Singapore to Bangkok is operated by a partner airline, Singapore Airlines has through-check agreements that usually allow your bags to be tagged to your final destination.
