For flights between Auckland and Surabaya, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class passengers have 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class passengers have 35kg, and Business Class passengers have 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members have additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on the Airbus A350-900 once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet on both sectors of the journey. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, and Economy and Premium Economy passengers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Auckland–Singapore sector, Economy Class seats offer a pitch of around 32 inches and up to 19 inches of seat width, Premium Economy Class offers a pitch of around 38 inches and up to 20 inches of seat width, and Business Class provides a fully flat bed with direct aisle access. On the Singapore–Surabaya sector, Economy Class has a similar 32-inch pitch with up to 19-inch width, while Business Class also offers a fully flat bed with direct aisle access.

Lounge Access Eligibility
Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Auckland but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. Eligible customers may use the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge at Singapore (SIN).

Singapore Changi Airport is designed for comfortable transits, with themed gardens, quiet rest areas, and family-friendly facilities throughout the terminals. If your layover is at least 5.5 to 6 hours, you can consider joining one of the airport's free city transit tours, subject to eligibility and schedule. For shorter connections, you can stay airside and enjoy attractions such as indoor gardens, art installations, and dedicated relaxation zones, as well as a wide choice of dining and shopping. Through-Check Conditions
For your bags to be sent directly to your final destination, the following general conditions must be met:

Layover Duration: Your connection in Singapore must be less than 24 hours. If your layover exceeds 24 hours, it is considered a stopover, and you will typically be required to collect your luggage and re-check it for your onward flight.

Partner Airlines: If your onward flight from Singapore to Surabaya is operated by a partner airline, Singapore Airlines has through-check agreements that usually allow your bags to be tagged to your final destination.
