Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class (1 piece, up to 7kg) and Business Class (2 pieces, each up to 7kg). The final allowance for your journey is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights between Penang, Singapore, and Denpasar Bali once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. Penang follows Malaysia Time (UTC+8) all year round, without daylight saving time. Denpasar Bali follows Central Indonesia Time (UTC+8), also without daylight saving. This means there is no time difference between Penang and Denpasar Bali at any time of the year.

We recommend arriving at Penang International Airport at least 2 hours before departure for your Singapore flight when travelling to Denpasar Bali. This allows enough time for check-in, security checks, and a relaxed walk to the boarding gate.

If your flights from Penang to Singapore and Singapore to Denpasar Bali are on a single Singapore Airlines itinerary, we will usually check your baggage through to Denpasar. You normally do not need to collect it in Singapore, but please confirm the baggage tag details at check-in.
