For flights between Riyadh and Phuket, the weight concept applies. In Economy Class, the checked baggage allowance is 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance applicable to your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Riyadh to Phuket once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Riyadh but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore (SIN), eligible customers can relax in facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), and KrisFlyer Gold Lounge.

Singapore Changi Airport is well known for its transit experience, with themed gardens, quiet rest areas, and family zones available airside. For shorter layovers, you can explore these facilities, watch aircraft movements, or enjoy a meal in one of the many dining areas without leaving the terminal.

If you have a longer connection, you may join an official transit tour of Singapore, subject to the minimum layover time and eligibility criteria set by the airport's programme. These tours let you see selected highlights of the city before returning in time for your next flight.

Riyadh follows Arabia Standard Time (UTC+3) and does not observe daylight saving time. Phuket follows Indochina Time (UTC+7) and also does not change throughout the year. This means Phuket is 4 hours ahead of Riyadh at all times.
