For flights between Ahmedabad and Surabaya, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are 25kg for Economy Class Lite and Value fares, 30kg for Economy Class Standard and Flexi fares, 40kg for Business Class, and each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are 1 piece up to 7kg for Economy Class, and 2 pieces up to 7kg each for Business Class. The final allowance for your journey is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Ahmedabad but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore, eligible customers may use facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), and KrisFlyer Gold Lounge.

If you have a longer layover in Singapore, you can join the airport's official city tour, which typically requires a minimum transit time of around 5.5 to 6 hours. This lets you see highlights of Singapore before returning to the terminal for your onward flight. For shorter layovers, Singapore Changi Airport offers gardens, rest areas, play zones, and a wide variety of dining and shopping options to keep you comfortable airside. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait — it is an integral part of your journey.
