For flights between Da Nang and Jakarta, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are 25kg for Economy Class Lite and Value fares, 30kg for Economy Class Standard and Flexi fares, 35kg for Premium Economy Class, 40kg for Business Class, and 50kg for First Class. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are one piece up to 7kg in Economy Class and Premium Economy Class, and two pieces up to 7kg each in Business Class and First Class. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, and Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available. Eligible customers may have access to facilities such as The Private Room, the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), the SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge.
