Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class (1 piece up to 7kg), and Business Class and First Class (2 pieces, each up to 7kg). Your final allowance is indicated on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Zurich to Jakarta once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Zurich but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. Eligible customers may be invited to The Private Room, SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin and status.

Singapore Changi Airport offers extensive facilities that make layovers comfortable and engaging. If you have a longer transit, you can join a free guided city tour from the airport, typically available for layovers of at least around 5.5 to 6 hours, subject to operational conditions.

For shorter transits, you can stay airside and enjoy themed gardens, quiet rest zones, entertainment areas, and, in some terminals, attractions such as indoor slides or viewing decks. There are also airport hotels and nap facilities if you prefer to rest between flights.
