For flights between Cairns and Bangkok, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg for Lite/Value fares, 30kg for Standard/Flexi), and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, and Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance shown on your e-ticket applies, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on both the Cairns–Singapore Airbus A350-900 sector and the Singapore–Bangkok Boeing 787-10 sector once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet.
