Earning KrisFlyer Miles

To earn miles, please ensure that the reservation is made directly with the hotel under the following eligible rates:  

• Best Available rate
• Bed and Breakfast rate
• All promotional rates on 137 Pillars Hotels & Resorts website

Reservations

• Quote your KrisFlyer membership number at the time of reservation via stay@137pillarsbangkok.com or stay@137pillarshouse.com by referencing your booking confirmation number.
• Present your KrisFlyer membership card upon check-in.
• Allow six to eight weeks for miles to be credited into your KrisFlyer account after your stay.
• Please log in to check your KrisFlyer statements online.

Terms and conditions

• Eligible rates do not include corporate, tour operator, groups rates, packages, free/complimentary stays, travel industry, Thai Residents Rates, OTAs, wholesaler and third-party rates.
• An eligible stay constitutes one or more consecutive nights spent by a Guest, booked at an Eligible rate at any participating hotel. This is regardless of the number of times that the member checks in or checks out during that stay.
• Mileage awards can be claimed on up to three rooms at the same time. The rooms must be reserved and registered in the member’s name, and the member must make arrangements at check-in for payment of all rooms on a consolidated bill. The member must also stay in one of the rooms. If room charges are not consolidated, the member will be only credited for one room/stay.
• No other person except the designated member may earn Mileage awards in respect of the stays and the guest must be registered
• Mileage awards for a room shared by two eligible members will only be awarded to one eligible member.
• Maximum occupancy per room is two adults; additional guests may incur further charges.
• Promotional rates and rooms are strictly subject to availability,
• Taxes, fees, and surcharges are additional and vary by hotel. Please check with each property for exact terms and conditions.
