Properties Design and Build Tender Exercise

Singapore Airlines Limited ("SIA") invites experienced Design and Build Contractors/Consultants as Tenderers for the Design and Build Contract for Interior Fit-Out Works to Singapore Airlines Town Office at The Circle Zurich Airport, Zurich Switzerland.

Eligibility:

• Tenderer must possess relevant experience in design, compliances and construction of local office fit-out project within the last 5 years;
• Tenderer must possess relevant experience in local codes, regulations and authorities requirements to ensure successful project implementation from conceptual design to implementation and completion;
• Tenderer with relevant project experiences within The Circle Zurich Airport is a plus:
• Tenderer must possess good safety record;
• Tenderer must not be currently suspended or debarred by SIA and/or local authorities; and
• Tenderer shall not be under existing insolvency.

9 July 2020, 1200 hours, Zurich time/9 July 2020, 1800hours, Singapore time. Late submissions will not be accepted.
